The Inclusive Research Hub

Welcome to The Inclusive Research Hub! This is a living resource created by the Inclusive Research Collective in collaboration with the University of Bristol’s People Development Team. It was developed in response to growing calls for research to be more equitable, inclusive, and intellectually rigorous. Recognising that research often reinforces existing societal inequities, the Hub offers a starting point for researchers across disciplines to critically reflect on their practice, access key concepts, and explore practical ideas for change. Rather than providing a fixed framework, it encourages contextual, creative approaches and welcomes ongoing contributions to grow and improve together.
